Booking Terms and Conditions for Palmstone Farmhouse

Welcome to Palmstone Farmhouse. These Booking Terms and Conditions govern your reservation and use of our property. Please read them carefully before completing your booking. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as specified during the booking process. We accept payments via secure online methods through our booking platform. The total cost includes accommodation, applicable taxes, and any additional services or packages selected.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation policies vary depending on the notice period and the type of booking. Generally:

  1. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date may be eligible for a full refund minus any applicable cancellation fees.
  2. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to a percentage of the total booking cost.
  3. No-shows or cancellations made after the check-in date are non-refundable.

Specific cancellation policies will be detailed at the time of booking. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for additional protection.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Occupancy and Use

The property is intended for the number of guests specified in your booking. Additional guests or visitors must be approved in advance. The property must be used solely for leisure purposes, and any commercial use or events require prior approval and may incur extra charges.

5. House Rules and Conduct

Guests are expected to respect the property, its furnishings, and neighbors. Noise levels should be kept reasonable, especially during nighttime hours. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Pets are allowed only if explicitly permitted and must be disclosed at the time of booking. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

6. Liability

Palmstone Farmhouse shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during your stay, except where caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Privacy and Data Use

Your personal data collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By completing a booking, you consent to our data collection and processing practices.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
